The XL Bau Trading and Service Ltd was found in 1990 in Veszprém, as a private venture based its market condition with subcontractor missions. During the elaboration of our business strategy our main goal was to provide the quality in every resources. Our main range of activity is the execution of the constructional general from the designing till the turn-key hand over.

According to market expectations we enlarged the range of our activity and we also built up our commercial department. These two ranges of activity excellently complete and strengthen each other, which help us to provide a complex service to our clientele.

Well-qualified constructional experts improved our organizational structure. From the very beginning till nowadays we have been endeavoring to satisfy our clients’ demands with our qualitative and solid work, with environmentally friendly and energy-saving solutions, modern technology and consultations.

In 2003 at the domain of the structural architecture execution and designing we received a certificate of quality control. The adequacy to this certificate was confirmed by the supervisor audit in 2004. The XL Bau possesses an important market share in Veszprém shire thanks to its business results.

The Mayor of Veszprém awarded a Golden Medal to the XL Bau Ltd. for its designing and executive work of the office of certificates of Veszprém

Pro Architectura-award in 2002. shared among Csomai Zsófia architect and Magyari Éva interior architect for the designing of the Museum of Herendi Porcelán. The execution was carried out by the XL Bau Ltd.
